Host an Event
Bring the heat to your restaurant. Bigfoot's Hot Wing Challenge events draw crowds, sell wings, and create nights people talk about long after the last bone is picked clean.
Why Host a Challenge?
Pack the House
Events regularly draw 50+ spectators and fill seats on otherwise slow nights. Contestants bring friends, friends bring appetites.
Boost Bar Sales
Spectators and contestants alike order drinks throughout the event. Multi-hour events mean extended tabs.
Social Media Buzz
Competitions generate shareable content — photos, videos, reactions. Your venue gets tagged, shared, and discovered by new audiences.
Repeat Business
Contestants and spectators come back to try your menu. Hot wings you offer can be incorporated into the competition. Multiple events per year build a loyal community around your restaurant.
What You'll Need
We keep it simple. Here's what a venue needs to host:
Ability to prep and serve wings across multiple rounds (typically 8 rounds, 8–20 contestants per round).
A designated area for contestants to sit together or nearby — a long table, bar section, or private room works great.
At least one TV or monitor visible to contestants and spectators for the live scoreboard. We bring the software — you provide the screen.
A mic or PA system helps the game master call rounds and keep the energy up. Not required but recommended for larger venues.
Reliable internet for running the scoring system and live displays.
What We Bring
- Full game management — scoring, displays, and a trained game master to run the event.
- Hot sauces for each round (sourced from craft producers).
- Marketing and promotion to drive registrations and spectator attendance.
- Printed materials — table cards, rules displays, and signage.
- Event photography for social media and your venue's own marketing.
Profit Sharing
We operate on a profit-sharing model so both parties benefit from a successful event. The details depend on venue size, expected attendance, and what the restaurant provides. No upfront fees — we succeed together.
Reach out to discuss the specifics for your venue and we'll put together a proposal that works for both sides.
